Shakira’s upcoming Madrid residency will extend beyond the concert stage with a new cultural program celebrating Latin music, art and emerging talent.

As part of the residency beginning September 18, organizers have announced Es Latina, a four-weekend event series at Macondo Park. The program will feature performances from artists including Amaia, Nathy Peluso, Santos Bravos, Gale, Guitarricadelafuente, Lia Kali, Louta, Maro, Aria Vega and Yerai Cortés, along with additional rising acts.

Performances will take place across two stages, giving the residency a festival-style format alongside Shakira’s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour dates.

Macondo Park will also host cultural activities and a museum dedicated to Shakira’s career. The exhibition is expected to include previously unseen material personally selected by the Colombian singer.

The expanded program turns the Madrid run into more than a series of concerts, bringing together established performers, newer voices and cultural exhibits in one space focused on contemporary Latin creativity.
